  • Customer registration. You can shop on our Website both after registering and creating your account, and without registration. We will process the data necessary for the creation and administration of the user account on the legal basis of our legitimate interest, i.e. in order to get to know your customer and create a circle of loyal customers. You have the right to object to such processing of personal data by naming your violated rights. When you pay for the goods, Cofmos will also receive your payment information (payer, bank account, bank name). All personal data obtained within order placement procedure will be processed in order to conclude and fulfil an online purchase and sale contract with you and will be stored for 10 (ten) years from your last purchase on our Website. You must provide data for this purpose, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with the opportunity to shop on the Website.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the Website.
