Winter Fest | Panama El Salto

This coffee comes from one of three farms of Laura E. Suárez called Dona Eira Estate, Los Limones Estate and Camiseta Estate. The varieties Typica, Catuai, Catuai Amarillo, Geisha mainly grown there.
The farms are located in El Salto, a municipality in Bajo Boquete, at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters above sea level. The Catuaí variety predominantly grown here, this has a particularly beautiful citric acidity and hence its name. It is the smallest farm, but it always surprises with its outstanding production.
