Gisheke Washing Station is located on an altitude of 1650 – 1850 masl in Nymasheke, in the western providence of Rwanda. After aquired in 2017, the washing station was undergoing major renovations and improvements to handle more volumen. Today round about 630 smallholder farmers are working together with the washing station, under the Managing director Josue Dusengiyumva. The annual production is aprox. 350-400 tons of cherries
